The city authorizes the appointment of reserve officers as defined in Chapter 85 of Laws of Montana of 1977, the same to be qualified and their function and duties administered in accordance with such Chapter 85 of Laws of Montana of 1977. The rules and regulations for reserve officers previously adopted and enforced by the city police department are adopted as the reserve manual required by RCM 11-1857. (Ord. 348, 1977)
